Okay, try www.quantumhelicopters.com for the school (they have a branch in Scottsdale too). There's another school at Scottsdale Airport, called Universal Helicopters, I think, but I don't know anything about them. There's another school that just moved into Williams Gateway in Mesa, called Silver State Helicopters, they're pretty big, and they have branches in Las Vegas (based there) and Salt Lake City. Any school will give you a brief introductory flight relatively cheaply, in which you get to try flying the helicopter yourself a little bit.
