Dirt Cheap Yummy - Country Breakfast.
Parboil potatos chopped into small cubes.
Fry chopped onions, add the potatos before the onions go brown. Fry until the potaots go brown.
Beat two medium eggs, add to the frying pan and stir.
Serve hot.

yeah, the first paragraph of my journal is kind of cryptic. i was talking about teaching for the navy and how much i enjoyed passing my knowledge along to the next generation. and i've always enjoyed poking fun at little goofy phrases people spout off during conversations. gald you got a kick out it.
