every once in a while...there's this...almost whining noise coming from the center of the car right between the engine and where you sit...like right under the windshield almost...it doesn't happen all the time...when it does, it gets worse the faster i go...but it seems to stop when i hit the highway, like..70+ mph...i was wondering what it might be...and if it's a big problem, thanks
