I made a failed attempt to see Mos Def last night. Show was supposed to start at 10. Great, I figure, because I had other shows to go to at around 11:30 or so.

Gypsy found out that I am a weirdo magnet. All the insane people in the area gravitate toward me. It's all rather comical.

One of my favorite dowtown bars went out of business. This was a total hole-in-the wall dive bar in chinatown that had karaoke and 90 year old that would play hawaiian music until 1 am. I went to take some friends there last night and it was all chained up.
