So I went to my first rehearsal with this new band last night, and it turns out that, oops, they didn't get rid of their current bass player yet. Looks like I'm not playing with them this weekend after all, and who knows if I'm gonna be playing with them at all.

i wouldn't say it was a hard sell, being born on oahu and everything but yeah, i am really thinking about heading back. i did laborer type stuff as a teenager, but have no real construction experience. just figured it would be a good thing to get into. i know xixax could pull some server strings too, i just need a job lined up before i head over so i can pay my bills.
but yeah, i'm leaning towards heading home to oahu, pretty stoked on it, just got to get all those frikken odds and ends taken care of.
