For anything in that range, you pretty much do have to start going out that way now. Houses were starting at that in my development when I bought mine a year and a half ago. That's how much it's gone up since then.

today started out very well. I got my trailer plates, or plate rather, today. it was a very easy, and painless process. until now I always regarded the RMV as the first layer of hell, but it wasn't all that bad. Indeed, the DMV is the entrace to hell. *shudder* Though I am glad they are going to an online system more and more in Arizona. It keeps me from getting too hostile with them. That and my drivers license is good until 2032. Aww yeah.
