How goes your morning?

Huns.  Still fun to watch them leave Paradise early.  I really like the Fucking Bastard Huns new Nordic defender.  He will lose a lot of games.  To Hell with the satanic 'Gers.  Bless the Pope!
strongbhoy:
It is going to be tough for them to overturn a 5-1 record win. History books will always have their Scottish top flight debut against Celtic as that. hahaha

Group stage.  At least they made it, even if it did look they were taking the day off.  HOOPS!

pascipio:
Not getting out of that group.
strongbhoy:
NOPE. Fucked again, not that I had hope anyway. It's the group of death / glamor group / $$$$$$$ group. Fucking Barca. Anyone but them. It's like every goddamn year.

From pascipio

Well, that sounds just like a chili dog, with some real chili.  But sweet chili as pasta sauce?  No wonder Johnny Football went insane.  I just hope Kolo has something left.  I suppose the Gaffa would know better than most.

Emphatic end to the SPL.  Tempting to think that Aitichison is the answer to our prayers, but he is so very young.  Many players get to 18, and never get any better.  Or he is the second coming of Larsson.  Now that the flag bearer of Financial Fair Play is out, I wonder if the Bhoys will buy some players in the summer window.

strongbhoy:
@pascipio Ajer is coming in. He's one of the biggest wonderkids in Europe...literally too. Dude is 18 and is 6'5/6'6, top class. This team won't spend, I expect them to do nothing, and they need to get rid of 10 players on the books at least. Delia took the fall for Lawell and the board.

From pascipio

That episode of Bullshit is why I committed to use can as much as possible, Mate.  But I still throw class and plastic into the bin as well.

Sweet new profile pic dude😃

strongbhoy:
@teddykev Thanks bud! I'll have to do a real one when I can find a Paul Bunyan flannel in my size (couldn't last christmas) :(.

Did you see that big Celtic flag in the US China quarterfinal?

Hopefully, it will be up Monday or the Gold Cup.
strongbhoy:
I'm back from the Iron Range now, so I should be able to catch games. It was all family stuff this last week and change.

That would not work.  Aisha is too calculating, even when furious.  She would punch me in the face until I would put her down.  Then she would continue.  When she is a good mood, she does like me carrying her around some times.

That's a walleye jersey in your profile pic isn't it? 😀

Still bummed out I didn't realize you were there when we were lol
strongbhoy:
Yeah man, I even had blog posts leading up to it. I had no idea you were there until after the fact, and I'm really fucking easy to find haha.

The Vikings used sophisticated Apple technology to figure out how to get from Scandinavia to Minnesota.  If all they had were PCs, they never would have found England.  They would not have built Dublin.  And then where we be?
strongbhoy:
Apple technology refuses to work for me. There are three types of people. "Apple people" for whom Apple is lord and savior. "People who occasionally use Apple products" and the last category where I stand "people who Apple products refuse to work for or they fuck up constantly".

The new Corvette is a bit uninspired for such an icon, and does share some body similarities with the Camero.  More importantly, you are getting a soccer team.

The new Corvette is a little uninspiring for such an icon, and it does have some of the features of the Camero.  You have an MLS team!

strongbhoy:
@pascipio unfortunately...it'll be in MPLS, but at least I get to watch on TV in 3 years.

Awesome Dude. I am here in the states the last eight days and am still getting settled. I should get my computer out sometime today and stop using the phone for my websurfing needs...

strongbhoy:
Yeah let me know and I can email you the snaps. None are obviously professional, but still cool.

OMG OMG!!! So Tammy messaged me today on the facebook and told me they were planning a trip and wanted to come see us AND YOU are coming with them! So needless to say, I am very extremely completely super fantastically freaking EXCITED!

Sweet!! That gives ME time to prepare lol. When ya'll get an actual date let me know so I can take a day or two off work if I need to since I'm always working. Seriously, my only real day off is Sunday.
strongbhoy:
Yeah, I'm not sure the actual day yet, as we are waiting until after my Toledo crew gets here for cawledge hawkey.

*get better!! ahahah yeah well, we got what we deserved. :/
strongbhoy:
@Hind They should, after this at least there won't be as much drama until the day comes when he passes on. Even then maybe it won't be that drama filled, I've already lost two parents, and while this will suck, I think I'd rather have him at peace than anything else.

Hey man, yeah the fife/Edinburgh games are always my favourite. The atmosphere is always amazing. We've been a really strong team this season.

strongbhoy:
I would think they would be @blu. Do they go down a bit like Hearts/Hibs in terms of support or is it like the Belfast Giants where they try to make them completely neutral teams? It's only 30 miles, and it's not like Fife is Leith but always wondered. I know with the Phoenix (down in Manchester) they make it "one" team so fans of both Citeh, United, and others all root for them without that getting in the way.

I got all wet this morning biking to work. I wasn't raining when I left. Damn Minnesota. On the bright side now it's cold.

I Have a super soft Tom&Jerry blanket. Maybe we should switch for couple of days? I was happy to wear a hoodie today, sooooo happy! …before I got soaking wet of course.
strongbhoy:
Blankets are pretty awesome. Is it vintage? My Mickey Mouse one my Grandma here gave me back when I was born in the mid 80s, and the TMNT one is an original as well, though the silky parts are falling off :( My Mom had to sew them back on a ton of times when I was a kid. It seems all the blankets I have are old ones, except for "the cloud" which is a massive comforter that is way too warm for me so guests use it or we'd cover 3-4 people in it at my party house days back in Detroit. Yeah, I'm looking forward to hockey jersey / hoodie weather, which for me is at least another 30 degree drop (or in 2-3 weeks when I hit my first Wild game).

HOLY SHIT! @teddykev  tell me they have posters of that. I'd get that for my cousin and a few friends for Christmas if that was the case.

I wish dude. Maybe someone could work something out.

I looked into train trips up there once, and I don't think they have railways that go to even Yellowknife, so it would be basically driving the whole way.
teddykev:
Now that would be one loooong haul dude. :)

Your guys put in one hell of a shift at the World Cup, I was disappointed to see them go out after that. I assume you are following the progress?

strongbhoy:
Yeah, I was dry heaving anyway after my friends left and feeling like shit so I felt "might as well watch". haha

I suppose I might have had some of his rum.  We had a few Cuba Lubres, but they were well drinks.

strongbhoy:
You might have, can't remember which varieties they were.
