Easy with calling the cops......you could probably broker a deal with your fellow dwellors where they pay u a fee when they want to have a loud rawkus party...instead of having the cops called. At a Loft complex here in the ATL we used to pay the dude next door $100 to be cool on nights we were having an afterhours.
