I really should get some sleep one of these days.
Did you ever notice the amount of BS you have to deal with tends to be the inverse of the amount of time you have to deal with it?

Why is that?

I rented Amelie today, and it was very, very good.

Bad Santa was also good, but in a different way.

There is a signed contract for the building. The $10,000 deposit check did not bounce. Settlement is in 60 days, with 30 days for environmental and due diligence. No contract contingencies otherwise, for financing, zoning or anything else.


This might actually work. By December 24th, I will hopefully be homeless, but but that's good news.
