Well second round of blood test results today and again the blood pressure is too high. Aparently liver and kidneys are working well though, but too much alcohol in the blood Got to lose weight, exercise more, eat less shit and drink less. Well we'll see.

Then again married women aren't too good for the blood pressure either , must stop this habit

Well I've been the docs a few times this week for blood tests and the like and apparently I've got to stop the rock'n'roll lifestyle to which I've become accustomed. Cholestrol is too high, drink to much, don't exercise enough, blahdy blah.....

All I can say is "The Almighty" charity gig in London was AWESOME!!!!! Best gig ever!!! In my opinion that is. Played all the classics and the place was heaving!!

Got serious drunk and tried charming some delightful young Amercian ladies staying in the same hotel. Didn't work

So got Ricky Warwick (from The Almighty) solo gig this week, should be good.

It's a very busy time of the year, I'm sorry for not updating sooner. Had the 1st Christmas dinner Thursday, a works night out. Managed to stay off work on Friday and even kept me in Friday night, such was the volume of wine consumed
