You can run around naked without scaring your roommates. You can watch what you want one tv and you don't have to wait to use the comp. or go to the bathroom. etc etc etc

Cons-get's lonely. ALL the bills are yours so you -can't- fuck up...ever...the voices in your head may actually grow stronger and take on the personality of inanimate bojects around you.
