snowboarding kicks ass. I hadn't gone in years and I've been out twice this week. I can't wait for Colorado in a month. Its really going to make me want to move out there again.

Selling fast is the goal. It would be easier if I could do some of the "handy" things myself. I keep trying...but I really suck. I have taken two classes on laying tile...and they have not helped. I just end up getting frustrated and calling in a contractor...who spends like 2 weeks at my house probably watching tv while I am at work and charging me double what he should. A new, smaller house will be so much easier!

Its snowing in PA right now. I'm hoping we get enough to make a trip to 7 springs for some snowboarding worthwhile Sunday morning. After that is the Steeler game. I'm hoping those guys don't fuck up.
