It sucks to be home in some ways. I had a date on Wednesday night, but other than that I've had almost zero human contact. I hate times like this. I find myself almost desperate just to talk to another person, but I imagine I come off as desperate and creepy as I feel to anyone I do talk to during such periods.

EXACTLY! jeez...why can't the others get that. its not like i die in 10 second or something. matter of fact i did AB this morning and fended off 5 other 59's for almost 2 min b4 i died. thats not too bad if u ask me....but i am a leeroy lol

Yea... that was long/short weekend for me as well....

You did the Dragon*Con thing yea... No idea what that was even about. How was it.

All i did was go to the "Murder Afloat" up in Savannah, Every one there thought I was part of the show. Did alot of bar, club hoping and help my buddy unpack his house/mobile home. And not even much of that. Too busy blasting music and drinkin...

Almost have everything ready for Dragon*Con, art show-wise. Looks like I'm not going to be dressing up this year though. The clock has ticked down a bit too low to whip out a costume, or even fix up an old one to fit again. Oh well, won't kill me to just wear jeans and a tee for once.

Went out to Oatland Island today for research for a poster. I got to see the inside of the new wolf observation building that opens next week. It looks really nice, more like something I'd expect to see at a larger city's zoo than what I've seen out there before. I'm really impressed. They've apparently gotten themselves a grant to do some massive work on...

I went to a Sand Gnats (local minor league baseball team) game tonight. I never imagined they'd actually be that bad. I'm used to three people in a row missing a grounder being a joke, not a regular occurrance...

I've never had much interest in celebs, but after seeing Dark Night I mourn Heath Ledger. That is one of the few movies I've ever seen where the second in a series outshines the first.

i TOTALY agree. he was the star in that movie. as i said in SGatl, he nailed the true incarnation of who the joker is supposed to be. he is going to get the oscar, while they will give it to him as a mermorium deal, he EARNED it for the dark knight.
