I came to a realization today as I tried to update a mailing list for a life drawing model session from the sign in sheet that was at the door: art students have amazingly bad hand writing. There was only one entry of 28 that I'm totally sure I read right.

Ah, the joys of Savannah weather. I took a nice, long walk through the city under blue skies. Got some lunch, sat in the park, went back to the apartment to get the dog for her afternoon walk and, BAM, the rain starts pouring down. Go figure.

Unpacked almost everything today and measured to figure out where to put the desks. Internet is still not on at the new place, so I'm basically house sitting the old place and mooching broadband until that changes. I really look forward to being completely moved. Murphy's Law = Getting all moved in to the new place and ready to enjoy the weekend there only to find there has been a mistake and the water has been cut off instead of transfered over an hour before the office closes on Friday, so they can't turn it back on until Monday.

I hate you Murphy.

Have the new apartment all painted (well, almost all, one room needs another coat) and will hopefully get moved in tomorrow.
