It took all my willpower to put the damned mirror down and go to sleep. When I woke up in the morning I was fine.
It's really crazy what you can let your mind wander into if you let it.

I don't think it's a bad thing that you're aware of it... but perhaps focusing on it so much could lead to a bit of an unhealthy obsession. I'd say to just keep reminding yourself that you know in your head that you aren't fat and every time you need reassured, say hi to me and I'll flatter you to no end.

The last time I attempted to actually complete a full semester of college I had an art class at 6:45am. I kept playing video games until like 3am, so I had to quit school (again).
Lucky, when I quit and moved to California the company whose game I was playing hired me. Now I don't have to be at work until 9:45 and I can actually pay my bills.
