My mother is selling her house and I have mixed emotions.. I am happy that she is moving into something smaller.. The farm house has been a lot for her to keep up since my father passed away... I had the same kinda feelings when my Mom sold the house I grew up in. She and my Stepdad moved out just a little before Christmas and I was away at school and all so by the time I was back for break they were in a new place... I suppose things worked out okay though.

Agreed. This year has been pretty chilly, though I'm not sure what it was like here this time of year last year. I've only been here since November. Still, it's chillier than Oklahoma was in October.
