I recently had to give up drinking after a change in my medications and alchohol is no good for a renal failure patient anyways , so being around friends who are drinking is a difficult thing for me now .
My employer repaired a bunch of scrapped parts without the customers permision " the US military " and a disgruntled employee turned them in , so now I will be spending the next two months months of my life in court as a witness for my employers defense team during the whisleblower trial
What's up with all the doctor stuff , well last August I went into renal failure followed by cardiac arrest and a couple of strokes , then three weeks in a coma . Now I am finally putting my life back together , yes I go in the hospital once a week for bloodwork so I can monitor my kidneys and heart , but I am getting better on a daily basis . While in the hospital I met a hot little pediatrician and we spent a hundred hours or so just hanging out and talking , well a couple of weeks ago we decided to take our friendship to the next level and start developing a more serious relationship , we are taking things slowly , and me having to do my consulting work at night due to spending my days in court limits my time with her , but perhaps it will help to keep us from rushing into things , she has a two year old son who is a key part of the relationship too

I used to own a tiny cottage on the beach in Westbrook , Ct . and when I would spend my weekends there during the winter , I would allways sleep in front of the fireplace , but one year I gave in and installed a real heating system and converted the place to a year round residence , before it had been sitting on six foot high stilts and the wind would whistle through under the place and right in front of the fireplace was the only warm spot during the winter .
I want to get another cat now , I had an all black stray that had adopted me , but this summer , a bobcat killed it on my back deck . I had named the cat Mr. Jigs , cause he had been hit by a car and left partially maimed so when he walked he looked like he was dancing a jig . He was the most affectionate cat , and a great hunter who would allways bring me gifts in the form of live birds and live squirels , which he would sneek into the house the moment I opened a door .
Congratulations on being halfway to your 90 day chip , and don't let yourself be burdened with other peoples myths , some things are best left where they belong ...... IN THE PAST . A good way to help make some of your hopes and dreams come true is to just take small baby steps in the right direction , that way you don't fall as hard during lifes little pittfalls .

They say Boston is gonna really get hammered .
