That orange haze is from smoke, not Photoshop. :)
The smoke was bright, vivid red initially, but after a few minutes it began slowly floating towards the far end of the viaduct. It created a nice orange haze when it mixed with the yellow tones of the lights under the viaduct. I had @arriane standing about 5 - 10 feet...
