First semister back in college after three years, and I think I'm finally ready to take school seriously. Now I get like a whole month to do nothing until school starts up again.

When I sit down at a computer, or a typewriter, I instantly recognize the pattern of characters laid out in front of me. I see what everybody sees, a keyboard. My PC keyboard is slightly different than my mac keyboard, different than my Underwood no. 5, but this piece of equipment is reasonably standard.

biology class on TV sucks the big one. I never watch the stupid program like i'm supposed to, which makes it really hard to do well on the online quizzes.

woo hoo got my lip pierced yesterday! first time for a piercing (ok i had my ears done when i was like 16, since removed) and i gotta say, i kinda dig it.

dunno if i'll get any more though, i'm not sure if i'm the multiple facial piercing type.

everybody go buy The Flaming Lips: Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots 5.1. its a remaster of the album in surround sound and its about the most fun you can have for $15. seriously. umm...you gotta have surround sound though, or its kinda pointless.
