Waking up every morning after having a bad dream and feeling like crying is really starting to get old...

Have you done any research or techniques to try and control your dreams? I've never had night terrors or been haunted by anything terrible, which I am very thankful for. I have extremely vivid dreams with recurring people and places that I don't know of in waking life. I want to know more about what causes this to happen.

It's been SO beautiful out lately! Thank god cause I was going out of my mind all cooped up in the house. And today is the first day of June, which means (counting today) in 9 days it will by my incredible wife's birthday, my moms birthday, and my brothers girlfriends birthday. How crazy is that?
