FYI: My father and I are going on a roadtrip across Europe to Croatia and back. We'll be leaving tomorrow and will be back around the 8th of July. I'll try to post pics as we go along.

glad your back safe and sound. doctor visit went well, but i dunno about this new guy i got for a doctor, not the guy i tought . first words out of his mouth was diet and excercise as if thats gonna be a cure all , then he starts praising the trendy south beach diet , i am thinking oh lord not this again oh please doc dont send me through the fat farm hell. 
that was the cruelest and worst thing in high school last thing i need is to be in front of a bunch of arobic instructors passing out or being ridiclued. i told the doc this but he was deaf to it.
truth is i know i need to but still not in a group setting.
not in a gym and not in front of barbie.

I was having one of those WEEKS .. for like, well an entire MONTH! Its slowly getting better. Ya know .. we always pull thru. What helps are your friends. Sometimes we push them away because we "dont want them to see us like this", but we're wrong. They always help pull us out of funks. and even if they cant .. its better to not be alone.
