I totally fucked up tonight. Like really. I lost my car. It was so fucked. Like really. Then, I kinda freaked. Just a tad. I lost my car for over an hour. I got lost in the streets of a suburb I don't know and didn't have streetlights.

There is a point to this that doesn't result in you paying out on me (although, I do expect that - 'cause losing a car isn't like losing a needle. It's a fucking car for crying out loud!).

Point: When I really, really get anxious I get fuzzy. When I get fuzzy, I can't see properly.
Calm people and music are needed. I had music tonight, which was awesome. It helped. Lots.

But then, I realised I can't take my mp3 player on the bridge climb.

This worries* me. Fuzziness on a bridge climb is potentially bad thing.. Perhaps?

*who woulda thought that I could and would worry?

Blergh. Purging of information. I'm really excited about doing the climb, but I'm also thinking that it could be all kinds of scary!

Can you kick my ass please? I need it. Remind me that little, old ladies did it and survived and to stop being such a fucking girl.

So yeah, when I started writing this all was right with my world. It's a pleasant Saturday morning. Kinda crisp. In the shower I had the window open and saw three different species of birds nesting and feeing their young in my giant leopard tree in my backyard. All very cute and sweet.
My new couch (see replacement couch as the other one I got two weeks ago was slightly damaged) arrived and was wrapped in plastic. - Hmm, it still is. So much plastic to unwrap...

Then, it starts turning bad. Husband arrives over to sort some stuff out and tell me he spoke to his parents last night who, well, are meddling. Meddling isn't even the right word. I'm about to get completely fucked over. I'm kinda typing this and shaking. I don't know what to do.
And being the dumb-ass nice person that I am. I'm probably going to let it happen without much fight. I've never been able to say no to him.
I just want him to be happy. Which, is of course a conflict of interest. Sorry, I'm babbling.

Well, he is here and I better go and try and see what all of this talk means for my future.

I decided on the final track choce this morning and put the mix tape together earlier tonight.

I went with 'I Believe You' and 'Afraid this Time'.
Mixed it up with some EBM and Future pop for good measure. It's an interesting tape (cd). Completely not what I had in mind when I started making it, but it took on a life of it's own eventually.

I'm a fan of Sunsets and venues where I can actually hear the company I am with. Although, this is a risky move as it means conversation is required.
