Shopping early is the way to go - used to always do that - not so good recently. Yep house hunting can be alot of fun - just be sure to ask alot of questions and get a good inspector before you buy. I had several things repaired by the seller after the inspection.

i have to agree with the anti-hot topic sentiment but sometimes you got to do what you got to do. Getting a house is quite an investment. It requires financial stability and staying in one place for quite a while. I know it's a ways down the road for me.

i would love to buy my own place! renting sucks! you get nothing out of it! but it is all that I have now so no use in complaining.
About the death thing, I rememberd that i have lived through anaphylaxsis, enough voltage arm to arm (the most leathal way to get shocked being that it passes through your heart and affects the bodies natural electrical system) to kill a 1/2 a dozen people, and a bout of pneumonia when i was a few weeks old that had me in the hospital for the better part of a year.

I dropped out of chemistry as a junior. My teacher was the typical lame-ass boring as all-get-out (I have no clue where that phrase came from) science nerd who has no clue how to talk to real people.

I fucking counted and he said "um" 214 times in only HALF of a 45min class. I got bored with counting and fell asleep. Which is why I dropped out, he put me to sleep everyday. I didn't need any more science credits to graduate and didn't want an "F" on my report card. Those grade Pt averages are important you know....
