so I just recently moved to Los Angeles, and I'm looking for work. Anyone know anywhere that's hiring? I have tons of restaurant and kitchen experience and was a p.a. to a fashion designer for quite some time. Have a dual BA in fine art and photography, fully versed in QuickBooks, PhotoShop, illustrator and can learn anything very quickly.

Hello world.

I've been busy as shit lately, in my last year of college, trying to finish up both of my degrees in Photography and Painting. And gonna run for president/coach of the University swim club next semester.

Im so fucking busy. Shit is way to real.

But lately all of my photo projects have given me the opportunity to shoot some very sexy men...

Busy is good - sounds like you're doing an excellent job balancing competing interests.

In terms of getting a set approved, it is difficult and is further complicated by the fact that artistic merit hasn't seemed to matter much in quite a few recent cases. But it does no good to fret about things beyond our control. If you want to do a new set, my advice is to make it as stunning and artistically strong as possible and then let the chips fall where they may.
squee:
I'd love to see a new set from you

I'm the happiest little thing right now.
I hope this feeling stays forever.

HhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmM

I guess we all have those up and down days.

I think I'm a little down today from stress, I'm on vacation away from my home, but I keep just wanting to be back in my house, with my bed, my snake, and my friends.

I miss people that I didn't realize I'd miss.

Right before I left, I turned myself off of the...

trust in yourself. you're one of the best people I know.

I'm in a similar spot Serena, and a friend reminded me the other day that at least part of being down is letting yourself be down; its at least partially a choice (even if only a small part).

Anyway, I can't say much about the relationship thing, personally, I miss that "special" human contact, so a relationship sounds really appealing...
For you, I wouldn't recommend turning that off, there are too many simple pleasures that can be derived from simply being open to the thought of romance/love/whatev. My advice: don't "look" just don't shut your eyes wink

So for the longest time, I've had this "heartbreaker" reputation that has haunted me. It made me feel like a bad person, because I was the one always ending things with boys. And then, I guilt myself into thinking that I'm some sort of she-devil or something, and blame myself for their post-breakup issues (such as depression, drinking, etc.) But I just realized something...

It's...

Nothing wrong with that unless there's some psychological pattern that makes you chose the wrong guys. My guess is you're doing what most young people should be doing: meet as many people as possible and try to find out what you really want in a boyfriend. Most people get stuck in relationships because it's convenient or they're just too lazy to move on. Women also get stuck in relationships because of social pressures, i.e. they're being labelled a slut if they change bfs too often.

put a dildo on your wishlist and I'll get it for you. swear. smile

I've had a tendency to isolate myself a lot more than I used to... Is this good or bad? I'm not sure anymore. I miss my friends... School, projects, and sports have consumed my social life for the most part. And I've been feeling confused as to what is more important to me.

This semester was overwhelming for me, I learned many new things about...

I'm trying to find that balance myself. Even if I had complete control over my own schedule I don't think I'd know that balance. I really really need my alone time. And at the same time I really really love my friends and being social. I haven't figured it out yet.

But I would caution against becoming TOO isolated. I think people open up different parts of us. people open different windows in our life and let some sun in.
