I had to bring my 3 snakes to my tattoo artists place in Loveland while I go to Israel. It brakes my heart to have to leave them for 5 months. I'm not sure why I have this infatuation with snakes but its like they are my children, I love them so much!

I went to a small school downtown called "Cook Street". It was a 4 month program capped off with a month cooking in Asti Italy and then Paris.... God is was so awesome! The school was an absolute blast. Daily lectures until around 11am then we would break off into assigned kitchens and cook. Follow that up with sitting down to the greatest food I've ever eaten... every single day... It also had a very good focus on pairing with wine and an actual wine class on Friday afternoons.
