Fixer says I'm halfway done and I laugh at the absurdity of it and realize he's exactly right.

Relentless, inevitable inertia towards the collapse of the sun.

And i know, i know, i know, i know, i know, i know,i know, i know, i know, i know, i know,i know, i know, i know, i know, i know,i know, i know, i know, i know,...

Weird, I'm listening to Bill Withers right now as I look at your page. It's "Grandma's Hands" but "Ain't No Sunshine" was just playing. Trippy.

I am never satisfied and dwell on the same loop of thoughts you are in the entry...I realized one day (and keep realizing whenever I re-enter the same thought process) that if I think about it too much, I'll never be satisfied and then I'll just keep trying to fix something that doesn't necesarilly need to be fixed, and I'll obsess over it all, not enjoying anything as much as I should. So I Stop...then I go for a walk in a park and watch the ducks in the pond...smoke and ponder nothingness...or I walk downtown and realize how pathetic everyone els is as well and then don't feel as bad myself. Atleast I am not in an office all day, 9-5, wearing office-like clothing and eating low-cal powerbars for luch, chatting it up at the water cooler...putting on pumps for my noon walking group...ugghh, now I'm just going off again...sorry smile

I moved to Ireland to help satisfy some of this type of thinking, but it didn't satisfy it all. I haven't found the right combination myself. I guess it's our mid-life crisis.
