Worst building in Minneapolis:

1. City Center. Most urban un-friendly building complex ever.

2. Cedar-Riverside Complex. I know it's heresy to criticize Ralph Rapson in some circles, but Ghetto in the Sky is the most appalling, communist-inspired crap I've ever seen.

Several of the '80's-era skyscrapers are pretty ridiculous as well, IMO.
