living in sweden i have missed all the good things that are happening to my friends in kc.
my friends' band the belles are seriously cool..i finally heard them for the first time
and i have to say ive loved chris tolle since day 1
but now i love him even more.

i have the stomach flu

i hate being sick...i have had a fcking sinus infection since november and it hasnt gone away...at the rate its going..im starting to wonder if i suffer from some weird facial lump or something...i know its my sinuses but i watch discovery and become a hypochondriac? and im too big of a pussy to have them flush out the infection.

you know what helps sinuses?
try boiling sage, ginger, and thyme(it smells weird but it works) and inhaling the vapor from the hot water.

drink water and eat citrus, it will help naturally(and panlessly) flush out infection.
