Looks like I'm going to Orlando this weekend for the SHOT show. It's some kind of big firearms trade show thing. Bill is flying me there. And yes, I am leary. They bought the ticket. So as long as I don't get a bill from them when I get back.. lol
Well, I'm off. Just finished up my sniper school and tomorrow I start teaching the SWAT school. Least I got today to relax. I'm dreading doing that stupid O course at Ft. Meade a gazillion times this week. Hut hut hut, we're tough, you're maggots, hut hut hut.

nah. no plans. juggling the holiday family mess that comes from having divorced parents. other then that...it's all the same. my caloric intake has shot through the roof due to holiday sweets and increased alcohol consumption, but it always does this time of year. I'll just have to run more. ugh.
got a "callback" on a Dept of State job. they're having me apply for it. I may not technically be qualified, but I'll put in the app anyway and see what happens. I've only got a month left of obligated service; after that it's all IRR time. still not sure what to do from there. got some Active Reserve duty offers again too, but most of them are to go staff at a reserve unit somewhere or recruiting.

Well it looks like my new title is going to be Special Agent. It's not with NCIS, it's with my current agency, but it still gets me the retirement and nice little pay raise. Hopefully NCIS calls soon though.
