He used to pop up at a lot of open mic.s -often at the horseshoe. I got to see him a few times. Never got to meet him though. The best gig I saw him play was Canada Day in 2000 with The Hip in Central Park NYC at a free concert with only about 200 Canadians. I actually drive down there for it. Wow, Can't believe that was 14 years ago...Happy Canada Day, Almighty Sif!
