it was a beautiful day today... and may the road rise to you... and if not.. there is always plenty of blast beats to go around... im working on holding mine for longer.. to achieve actual grindcore status... but that shit is hard... makes yer neck tweak out and yer face make funny exspressions. thats when you know its rockin. take care.

I finally just got back into LA late last night after a week long road trip. I had a blast but it's also good to be HOME. I visited lots of Northwest, the 3 main stops were Portland, Seattle, and San Francisco... some of my favorite homes away from home.
