I am just on my own silly diet. Nothing fancy, but I know if I just keep the eating to a minimum and when I do eat, just eat bland, low-fat things, it works for me.
I have gained like 20 lbs since the summer. At the beginning of last year I was on Phentermine, and it totally messed me up, as soon as I went off it, I gained it all back plus more! Yikes! Time to get my body ready for summer again...gotta start now. lol

I try to stay in my 10 lbs zone but somehow 20 comes quickly. lol
Awww...i feel for your girl...my weight is terribly up and down, I cannot keep it off for anything, it's terrible. I work out and I gain, it's weird. Some girls are just lucky I guess.
