Everytime before I go to my bed, I take 5kinds of sleeping tablets which my psychiatrist prescribes.
He said these medicines were the masimum for me to prescribe, but these only work for 4 hours.

Thanks for your praise! In high school i won an art comp for japanese studies & won different snack / candy stuff from japan. There were these little biscuits with cream in the middle. I can still taste them now
