My friends and I used to go down to the monunments in DC to hang out some place cool very late at night, sometimes we'd take joints with us just for a change of scenery. For shooting the tats - if you have a digital camera you have to put on the macro (it has the icon of a tulip flower) - then its clearer. Youd probably have to look in the manual for that though.
