Monday, just another day. The clouds have broken up.
The sun burns a bit brighter although the winds still carries a stinging chill.
Winter has not left yet but she has taken a break from pounding the Central Coast.
I am traveling down highway 68 towards the lovely and enchanting coastal town of Monterey.

I awakin to a deeply felt coldness.
Took one step and I then looked up to the mountain range.
The tops were covered with freshly fallen snow.
Down here in the Valley, the winds blows with very little mercy.
Very chilly and the rain keeps pouring from the heavens.
Other than that, it is a beautiful day here on the Central Coast of California.

Last week, the weather here on the Central Coast was perfect.
It was a bit warmer, cloudless, and very sunny.
Now, the darken clouds have rumbled inland. The winds carry a nasty chill.
It rains, clears, turns cold, and rain again.
Yet, through it all. I feel cleansed and happy.
