The gig was great and I am glad that there was time to chat with you and the band.

I took some photos on the night with my cheapish digital camera (HP Photosmart R507). It's quite good in many ways, but I am still getting used to it.

There is a long shutter delay, which makes it hard to time photos in a concert setting, and the pictures are not my best.

One day I hope to get a proper digital SLR, but do they cost an arm and a leg or what!

The pictures are the pics section of my profile. If you would like higher quality copies, let me know. The originals are in colour, but I have posted B&W copies. You are free to use the pictures in any way you like, but you have better images on your web site!

Could you tell me if I have the correct name for the German girls band. I googled for Three Quaters in and for Mazes, but I could not find any pages.

Slide tips? Well I saw Eric Bell (ex Thin Lizzy) do a neat trick using a ring on his strumming hand to change one of the notes in a chord he had just played - it was a quick move and it's a few years ago that i saw him, but that's how I remember it.

I plan to be at that show - had already made a note of it in any case.

Ah I love a bit of Slide, Joe Perry playes a mighty fine slide imo, checkout "Cheesecake" by aerosmith if you havent got it.

Well, hopefully I should be getting the poster machine into action for November 12th in the next few days - we're just waiting for confirmation from the fourth band on the bill and then we can get everything rolling!
