exactly why i like living alone! it costs more but is soooo worth it! I used to live with close friends and we would fight over dumb little things. I can definitely relate to that. Great new set. Hope all is well.
The place sounds great, and the roommate sounds like a cool enough guy. I'd rather hang with a weird/slightly off person then a tightwad or lamer.
But your room itself sounds like my whole place can fit in there....maybe I'll have to make a road trip to Virginia sometime. I'm glad the move has brought you some peace and balance...and nordstroms...haha
