I don't know if I had any relevant thoughts.
Mostly I was thinking on alternate realities, and versions of myself in those universes.
Like I was trying to think of the infinite diverse directions my life could've gone in.
What different versions of myself were out there, I wondered.
Was I thinner? Fatter? Shorter? Taller? A different race? A different sex? A Millionaire? A Homeless Vagabond? A Holy Man? A Murderer? Was I Hetero, Homo, or completely Abstinent? And many of the possible combinations of the above as possible.
And what if, just maybe, I shifted into a dimension, slightly different from my own? What would be different? How would people see this version of me differently?

....It's thoughts like this that make me wonder, whether I'm an intellectual or a lunatic. Maybe both.

No, not yet. I'm scared to find out how much it would cost to fix it. Besides, I'm still saving up for a motorcycle.....even though the Kawasaki I was gonna get has already been sold. (More on that in my journal)

Are you kidding me, you work for Ruby's. I was a bartender there for four years. My girl friend is the gm of the fayetteville store, and I agree fuck corprate shit. No matter what, they are looking to squeeze more life out of you. (don't tell my girl I said that) I now work at a privately owned bar/resturant and it has issues but is better. I also have a couple harmonica books.
The beginer books are lame and tell you nothing you can't figure out on your own.
I have a couple books on blues licks. The tabliture is clumbsy and stiff.
The best thing to do is buy a harmonica or find an old one if you arn't hung up on where it's been. Then sit, listen, and mimic. There is always a blues cd in the value bin.
oh, yeah if you buy one all the books tabliture is in C I like G cause it is lower and sounds better with a guitar. They go out of tune so old ones are the best for blues otherwise its like having a tuned guitar in a grunge band.

No, i havent seen the new underworld yet. We went on opening day but my friends had worked all night and couldnt wait an extra hour due to nearly falling asleep at the wheel. so i guess i will probably go and check it out this coming weekend.

Actually...I hate 'em too. But a few years ago, I came up with a recipe to where they don't taste like blackeyed peas at all, but more like beans.
You have to add alot of flavors to do it though....ALOT OF FLAVORS!!

Ingredients include: Garlic, Yellow Onion, Cajun Seasoning, Chipotle Pepper Sauce, LOTS of spices, and BEER!!
I also serve them over rice, and that helps alot. Making it this way, I could actually enjoy the stuff!

as far a resolutions go, i think that making them at least gets the thoughts going in the right direction. most people want to lose weight/get in shape, move, have a new career, etc... and attaching a life-changing event to the start of a new year is good. i think people use to see it as "hey, I survived the past year. I better start living better cause you never know when the end will come." as for me... eh, I'll make a few. the ones from the past year weren't kept, so I didn't 'pass' according to your grading system. I'll do better this time, as I hope we all do.

I dunno. Like I said, it depends on what day it occurs. I only usually have Sunday's and Monday's off. I could probably arrange it where I could have another night off, but it depends on alot of factors that I'll be good enough not to bore you with. Even then I'm not sure. I'm not really a fan of NIN, but just getting together with everyone would be cool. We'll see. I'm pretty open for stuff. Hell! I usually hate country music, but I went to a Charlie Daniels concert with my father, stepmother, and sisters this past summer, and had a pretty good time. So, in the end, I'd say it's a very definite "Maybe"! LOL! Sorry I can't be more clear than that.
