Huzzah! Got the best apartment in the world. We are going to have a housewarming in the theme of art-gallery, seeing as it was formerly an art gallery. Ummm... The not drinking is to make the not smoking easier. I can never resist the smell of cigarettes once I'm a bit pissed.
