Yep, or just do what I did, take the contract home to "read it over" and just kinda...don't..really...ever bring it back. Although I'm sure that's easier to do at a private preschool than a large technamalogimacal corpration. We are definitely getting together for drinks.
I have a 2 bed 2 bath in Burbank and am currently only occupying one of each.
Someone may be coming for January, or maybe not, that might be as simple as me deciding not.
There are details in this SGLA thread, which I can't remember if you're in or not, so here is also a little website I did once when I needed a roommate previously.
Furniture and etc has changed since those photos. Surlyclown's been to my place at least once.
