i'm glad to hear it. and yeah, i'm getting better. better enough to be frustrated. better enough to be writing. and i didn't take any wacky chemicals to do it! i just cleaned the house really good on saturday - worked myself far beyond exhaustion - and poof! so them doctors can keep their stinkin pills and i'll just take my vitamins, minerals and assorted aminos along with a healthy diet and lots of housework! i wanted to thank you again for your offer to help with the medicinal herbs and such. the season has only begun. i may yet take you up on that one.

i know death is no escape. there is no escape. the only way out, is through. hope you don't mind if i kind of work my way though by tossing some words around on here. writing is useful for me and your comments and those of the others are very helpful. thank you.

yes i'm ok (not locked up at the moment ;o) and no, i'd not wish my mind on anyone... though people do seem to have fun with what comes out of it. that's kind of useful???

anyway, i've been following the froggie and pale girl story and i must say, i'm a little envious. but as you know, it helps a lot to have faces to put with the story, so thank you for posting them. i think the showering together is one of the nicest things and i miss it. see? envious!
