Tried this out today. I was able to get it! Not quite as smooth as this though. Its tricky!

Tonight was my last night at my pole studio that I've come to love so much, and the girls threw me a little surprise going away pole party! I was not expecting anything like this, and this completely made my life. These are seriously the realist girls I've had the pleasure of knowing, and I am so sad to leave this bunch.

Yes, this is just as painful as it looks, but you know how I love to beat up my body. Tomorrow will be my last night at this pole gym and I have no idea how I'm going to cope with it. 😭
