I'm in your GF's situation, except we are married. I'm total shit at house keeping but I do what I can. In the end it doesn't really bother us to not be spotless.
I think that every person should be responsible for themselves, the only reason I don't have a job is because I can't have one where we live and I can't go to school. It drives me crazy not to contribute.
Personal responsibility is number one in my book, what kind of person are you if you CAN take care of yourself but you DON'T! Seems to me that it's time for her to grow up and care for herself, that doesn't mean that you have to break up over it. If she gets pissed about having to take care of herself, do you really want to be with her?
