I think this stood out to me because yesterday I popped Boogie Nights into the dvd player and noticed the punishment for making an unauthorized reproduction of the movie was up to 5 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. The guy who microwaved his baby can't even get fined this much! Hopefully his prison term is on the higher end of that 5 to 99 year long range.
