Oh, I've been to a few rock bottoms myself - thankfully with time, family, and friends, I was able to pull myself out of what could have been a terribly bottomless pit. You can do it too. You have so many "friends" here, plus many at home, it seems.
Things will look up, soon - just keep looking forward and up as well. You have ears and age here if you ever need them
