I don't know why people hate Hamilton so much.. it's very pretty when you drive through (from atop the highway). Is it that bad in the city? Either way, it's close to Toronto... my favorite city ever!

I bet that if you did a series of limited edition, signed prints. Maybe release one or two a week. You would get a lot of repeat business and make the money for a move in no time.
