There are selfies and then there are selfie pictures. First, this one is gloriously androgynous, then of course, the reflection in your glasses of your hand and cell phone, but it's also capturing the shadow if you taking the picture that tops it off. And as an extra bonus, the shadow looks like a weirdly casual variation on the pose of the Statue of Liberty. I'm not quite sure what to make of that last part. Also, I'm sitting here with my brain soaked in pain meds after having had a kidney stone obliterated on Friday. I'm not sure how responsible I should feel about what I'm writing.
