Not to be a downer, but babies really cut into your fun time. I'd just be happy enjoying being an adult for a few years before getting tied down with kids and such. I'm happy for ya either way, that's just my take, I became a father at 22 and felt likeI wasn't really ready for it.

Eat alot of small meals throughout the day. It keeps your metabolism up and your body doesn't feel the need to store food as fat if you have a constant intake. Avoid carbs after lunch time, but they are fine for breakfast and lunch.
