When David Letterman was in the hospital and had guest hosts, Jeff and I went to see Elvis Costello host the Tonight Show with Kim Cattrall as a guest. I remember them talking about that book...and you got it for only $1, woohoo! Some people like to brag about how expensive their shit is but I always brag if I get something cheap
