As someone who used to find himself in that situation more often than not... Fuck her off. She's a manipulating douche. Don't let her walk on you Stu; she's not interested in you. She just knows you'll show her attention when no one else will and you're letting her do it because you're probably in need of a little attention yourself. Only difference is, your feelings are going to get hurt and hers aren't.
Cut your losses and get as far away from her as possible.
